Make a deposit or payment using TouchNET or Flywire to Niagara University in Ontario.

Niagara University in Ontario students can conveniently make online payments via Touchnet-Canada. All students in a post-baccalaureate or graduate program are automatically enrolled in a 4-month payment plan. However, it is important to note that post dated payments are not accepted.

Billing Information


  • Use your PurplePass credentials to login to Touchnet-Canada to view your account activity, billing statements, and make payments.
  • Semester charges are assessed on or after the first day of classes.
  • Credit cards will incur a 2.95% processing fee for domestic transactions and a 4.25% processing fee for international transactions. Please note that this fee is not charged by, or paid to Niagara University in Ontario.

Payment Plan Overview


  • Tuition and fee payment amounts will be provided on the first day of classes. Payments will be due every month on the 10th of each month thereafter:
    • Fall: Four monthly payments September 10 to December 10.
    • Spring: Four monthly payments February 10 to May 10.
    • Summer: Three monthly payments June 10 to August 10.
  • All billing is electronic through Touchnet-Canada. Electronic bills are generated at the beginning of each semester and payment plan reminders are emailed before each installment is due.
  • All students are required to pay a payment plan fee of $25.00 for each semester they attend classes.
  • Late payments of 2% may be applied on any unpaid balance.
  • Students are encouraged to check their NUO emails regularly for important updates.

International Payments (Outside Canada)


International students applying for a Canadian study permit have different pathways, including standard and expedited processing streams such as the Student Direct Stream. These streams have varying tuition fee payment requirements, as specified by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
 
All International Students are encouraged to utilize the official receipts provided by these vendors to support their immigration needs.
 

Important

Direct wire transfers to any Niagara University bank account is strictly prohibited. All international wire transfer payments to the University must be completed by using one of the services outlined below – TransferMate or Flywire.

Any payments made directly to a Niagara University bank account or to the incorrect campus may be returned to their originating bank, less applicable fees.

Flywire allows students to wire payments directly to their student account. The service is fast, simple, and secure, and you can track your payments from start to finish. Flywire accepts payments from any country and any currency. Once you initiate a payment, you will receive detailed instructions on how to transfer your funds to Niagara University in Ontario.

Student Direct Stream Applicants

International Students who apply for a study permit via the Student Direct Stream are required to connect with Student Accounts directly for details regarding the full tuition fee payment portal. Please provide your Full Name, Student ID Number, and NUO Email for support.
